IMO, the only notable concern for Peak right now is finance. It's been said before, and it bears saying again: Blind Freddy could tell you that there's a capital raising or other cash injection coming up in the next six to twelve months, absolute tops. The only question is how it's going to be done, and how much money they're going to seek to raise; my gut says that they'll try to hang out for the metallurgical and beneficiation work to be done, so they have something rock solid to show potential investors and boost the asking price. My inclination, given the current climate, would be to try to get enough cash to see them through the next two or three years' planned work, but if they can get enough to push them all the way through to mining and delivery of a concentrate, hey - bonus.

The mining should be an extremely straightforward, open pit affair, given the nature of the deposit, so that's not a huge concern. The only other thing I can think of is the weather: they'll have to design the setup to cope with the wet season (and I seem to remember comments indicating that mining during the wet won't be an option.)

I don't see the price falling more than a couple of cents from here; compared with the scale of the deposit, I reckon most of the risk has been well and truly priced in. If only I had spare cash to double down. Sigh.
