"Sino" imho is a major infill piece to the puzzle. The 2 chinese directors on the CDU board would be working closely with Sino chiefs in securing a nice inhouse package for the benefit of ALL in relation to current and proposed infastructure requirements. Now having skin in the CDU game one would like to think they will be meticulous in ensuring the plant lands on Aussie soil with minimal costruction hiccups. Backed up by the Australian board members who have extensive experience in the build of the componentry once it arrives onsite via Sino and Olympic dam if my memory serves me right although happy to be corrected on that.

You just have to love the current position the board has placed CDU in amidst all the current world turmoil.
