I am also interests in using them for setting up my SMSF. First impression is good, they replied my email in the same day and returned my call within 10 mins compare with Esuperfund no reply for 2 days.
I think their fees $948 a year including audit is reasonable. The only thing concerned me is they request you to send accounting information in Excel format, not sure simple or complex format waiting for their reply.
