The steel work will need to be assembled once delivered on site by Sino Steel, that may be locally contracted, you will also note that WM has stated that construction for concrete and other building will be let locally. He wants to support the locals. Just like all the houses currently nearing completion at the Curry, can't wait for AGM this year, should be a ripper, wonder if it might be a little later to allow crushing plant to be in testing mode?????
