Kiril IS a director of asx listed company INT. They have/had a deal with La Jolla. The shares were sold down to 0.1c with no bid. La Jolla have now demanded a consolidation before they give funds. The model only works for La Jolla/Bergen if their is a market to sell the shares for quick 15% gain.

It may not happen with ISN, but Kiril's opinion deserves more respect than some have showed imo.

We don't know the intentions of the management yet. It may be a more traditional cr. But to wait and see will be too late. As others have said, not much point blocking the consolidation as we need the cash.
