Ok guys ( Mac and others ) ... I'm raising the white flag on this one !
Looks like I'm on the wrong horse with this argument, so I'll bow down to the more knowledgable contributors.
... and yes, if we really do get a decent JV out of all this ( enough to make me at least some sort of profit, after having my funds tied up for so long ), then I won't begrudge the directors from getting their appropriate financial reward.
... hell, I've been showing a significant financial loss for the last year or so, so I'd almost be happy to get out of this with just a break-even scenario.
