    OK SO WE PURCHASED OUR FIRST INVESTMENT PROPERTY BLINDLY. We have a property now worth around $380k but we paid around $552k inc fees and stamp duty

    one loan with bank finance - $320k
    another is with a private lender $232k

    repayment with private lender is due SOON as loan conditions was only for 12 months.

    a) do you know if there are other private lenders who will be happy to re-finance either the full amount or part?
    b) i would prefer this option, would a bank even look at us?



    damn...feel for them.....not
