MCV1, a 1 for 3/5 refers to a consolidation of share holdings. So, if you currently owned 3 shares in VIL, you would own 1 share in the consolidated entity.
The announcement this morning is terrible - the worst case scenario - no hydrocarbon shows and an abandonment of the well. What happened to the "oil column" announced last year?
