1. RE: Silver being at a 50% off from its April 11th high.
Gold Seek Radio and Casey Research have done, what i think is the best study on price action. They concluded that it took around 23mnths for the silver price to reach its old highs from correction after every major leg down. So they had a long term chart - and concluded it will not be until around May 2013 (from historical charts and price action) it will Silver to break 49 until then may 2013.
So for me, personally, Silver will hit 22 / Gold 1400 this year and then begin the super leg up - targets i have 68-75 before even the blow off phase begins.

I don't worry about there action as too many 3rd parties are involved. But what you say makes sense and can not be discounted.
