Chris - CCC are giving up the 50% with either no coal at all, or uneconomical coal seams - as mentioned in previous announcements CCC deliberately targeted areas with no coal in their leases to identify which portions to relinquish. CCC have done everything required by Botswana authorities - so the lease renewals are in the hands of the Botswana government departments. Given that HDG released their results today, and had previously informed shareholders of delays in processing assay results, this should give us confidence that Conti's results can't be far off - esp. since the drilling program was completed in December 2011.
