    Your right about one thing, TIS will be derisked once sales start AND funding gaps have been closed. Based on this years forecast sales and current cash burn the bank account will be dry early January. In response to your paragraph "This increases our options considerably..." all I have to say is "remember ACL?"

    IMO the best likely outcome for TIS would be a convertible note facility with Quintiles similar to what NAN announced today with GE. This would allow Quintiles to take a 15% stake and raise around $20 million. IMO this would be a great outcome and I would be back in.
