Anything is possible .
For lynas ( as the first mover) it is a headache to relocate LAMP to Aus .Time factor more a problem , than funds needed.
But if Malaysian Gov. keeps changing the goal posts , delay tactics as they have been doing ,then i see no option.
Foolish to rely on one refinery that is being controlled by foreign gov or opposition.
WHO would trust MALAYSIAN GOV ,now ?
I think SEIMENS jv with LYNAS in Malaysia would be now also be a big question ?
Malaysian and Chinese are 2 different governments.
WHO of the 2 wants the control of the REE industry ?
Is this possible? MONEY speaks all languages.
