Looks like that theory is more likely, given the second notice. His order wasn't so small after all and got filled on another day. (at 0.6c, no brokerage this time, so probably the same order)
It would have been a worry if there hadn't been a second notice, as that would have suggested that he'd pulled his order after being hit.
Nothing wrong with him buying - it just indicates that there's nothing coming (or at least expected) in the near future.
So, either he's got too much money or thinks maybe there's something in this yet. If it'd been a larger amount it would have more of a confidence builder.
Not that it really matters... but I guess if it's got no other value at least it's got entertainment value ;)
