anything that can short the market should be ban or its should be open for every one to do
why should Institutional investors short the hell out of a share and retail invetors cant
its not a fair playing field
if Institutional investors dont like to stock there just sell sell sell
the board only cares about there bonus and how much money there can get out of the company
eg : cheap loans
stock, bonus and shares list can go on and on
