i dont think if you buy today you will get access to the the new shares at 1.02.....the statement says the record date...is today.....but it take 3 days to settle and get onto the register right? so that would mean that only shareholders who owned bbg last thrusday would get the new shares right ( as they would be the registered holders today?)....anyway thats my read....ask a broker!
