Well it's at 95 cents, but with one for two 2 year poppies at $1.50, so whilst I will not grumble it's not great.
Gets some more Nth Americans aboard, and being a modest $9.5 mm achieves the compromise between dilution and having the vultures hovering for the next CR. I guess they worry about exhausting the pockets of existing SHs if doing another rights, and as the project proceeds to the money hungry phase. I guess also sour/discouraged by local brokers after the Dec effort. Seen as a strategic step of opening interest from a wider set of investors better known for appetite for African risk, and for potash I guess this CR is prudent.
