You're right. It hasn't progressed on a longer time frame - If you pick a couple of opportune points, someone might say they did well. And then I'd call them traders. Of course as investors we get pissed when prices keep dropping and only pro up out of the blue from usually some unknown reason in a pump. Longer term we'll see some real movement, but as a spec stock, it's not one you buy for a slowly accumulating position, rather wait for the pop. Still, waiting doesn't change the red to green on the screen.
