after over 20 phone calls over the last 2 weeks i finally spoke to Genorah Chairman mr Sharif
few points from discussion:
1. It is one of the lowest cost project in SA and it will be explained more with Sencetivity analysis and more detail on BFS - they are working on anouncment
2. i critisized NKP for using words "concluded" , "finalized" in anouncmnet re JV
He comented that parties which were at the table prior to BFS still at the table and discussion are around structure (???? from me , he did not elaborate). There are more than one intrested party.
He can not give exact date (week ) when signiture on JV wil be placed and only said "finalized " again is accurate decribtion of progress.
3. Comented on overall weakness on sharemarket and Industry but said Genorah and JV partner not here for short time ; He see a lot of value in project even at the current environment and said only Genorah on the same bus like other shareholders
