'I hope that I am wrong but, IMO you haven't seen nothing yet. Unless CP and RC will have a good and solid talk which may have to include JH in the equation, the real story hasn't unfolded as yet.

It's all over, unless CP buys more shares. CP is out of the equation. Possession being nine tenths of the law. His legal machinations are coming to naught.
Unless some concrete agreements will be reached in gthe near future, IMHO July will be the final test for both the Board and RC.

Again, absolute nonsense. RC will now play from a position of strength. Will he talk to JH, I hope so, is there a position for JH? I hope so. And I very much doubt that it will be the "final test." Peddling such rash statements, really? Tin hat stuff. From the result of the voting shareholders have spoken clearly.
It's no use blaming RC for any of this. He's been hired to clean a mess up not of his making. A bit of support and he might surprise us all.
