Just returning to this thread as it evolved to be reasonably predictive..
The main point I believe is that folks do need to get the rudiments of TA, If just to supplement their FA leads...
and fine tuning exit and entries.
If you look at the chart, the yellow Moving average is the 30 period exponential MA. If one only traded stocks above that line, it back tests (on ADX) as quite profitable and a good rule of thumb...
Its disturbing to read that folks are averaging down at present.....How in the ding dong can you put a fundamental value on such a volatile sector....Yes it may be oversold at the arse end of the financial year.. Good luck !or is that sweet revenge...
This chart gives a very rough idea of a low trajectory in terms of a very wide Trading channel range, I certainly wouldnt trade it based on that...cheers
