    it actually does, wasnt Japan a big buyer of aussie real estate once?

    doesnt japan lend us about 15% of our mortgage money?

    what if Japan decides its no longer prudent to lend us that money?

    what if they think there is no more RE value here, based on their own experience?

    Japan has had deflation in RE, shares and all they have left are their savings, which the have ploughed into our RE market

    so what you are talking is nonsense
