    hairyback: the captial raising at 8 cents I suggest at 10-1 needs to be fully subscribed to get the 30 million we need - that is why I said to execute it above a SP of 10 cents - if PL can pull it off at 8.5 cents then that would be ideal and give faith to those sitting on the sidelines to jump in the pool.
