update on pen coming, page-15

i emailed jason last week and they said they were working on announcements to update the market....the pen update did.nothin to shareprice...wats left botswana vanmag and marshala 100% acquisition i also mentioned about the options n he said that that options would potentially be in the money at end of final qtr...dats if all legacy issues r fixed n we keep hittin operational targets n pen up n runnin...my gut feel is option holders r screwed...if they kept hittin targets we wouldnt be in this.mess in the first place...has anyone else asked about options n got a similar answer? good thing for him n pl is they got $1.3m worth of free options...exp dec 2012...he didnt have to buy the..options he bought a few.wks ago....i also.asked a.about.a.capital raising...he.didnt answer.this qn..?..
