am not a lawyer but do have experience living there.... dont reckon such laws exist there or it's a case of extremely poor enforcement as this kind of behaviour is the norm in that part of the world.
during Dr. M's time, anything the government didnt like, those on the wrong side of the fence get slapped with an "illegal assembly" charge or with the dreaded "internal security act" and the cops would be all over the protestors. in this regard, the current administration seems to be surprisingly tolerant which does point to some kind of effort at improving local civil liberties.
