Why not send a few empty containers as shipping trails first.
Put a few Lynas stickers on them, little security and see how the transport is disrupted.
If they are so diligently looking for something to protest about,let them find these, get arrested, make fools of themselves and expose their plans.
At least then , the police and port security is truly on notice before the real thing arrives.
