    Debt facility isn't a loan...
    Loans are fully drawn amounts..
    Corp debt facilty is more or less an overfraft or money pre approved for use if need be...
    It's not a huge deal, but I don't see why you would want to make a negative point of it...
    It seems you do from where I stand...
    Why's that?
