    Yes, good observation KoolKat,

    I gave you a TU but, as always, there are people on this forum who don't like good positive news and so it didn't register. Pure speculation, but my guess is that this has a lot to do with an offtake agreement (the name says it all). Should see an announcement soon IMO. Good luck all.
