Hello slura, a long answer would be required and I don't have the time right now.
The short answer is that at times it is better to invest in greater control of your own destiny. I am saying it would not be necessary for operations and I believe that.
Make your own decision nothing to do with me.
I think it would be positive. See the cap raising to get rid of the Canadians - SP stuck above the raising level and then rallied hard against expectations.
