I understand your point.
Nothing is 100% certain on the market.
We can only go by what the company has released.
If it is delayed again. We can't do anything about it but to wait. I believe in the fundamental. Nothing has changed. I still think there's lots of potential for THR in the coming year(s).
I think the market is sick of waiting for THR at the moment, hence the current SP. They want real prove. When the DFS is out, it will react accordingly IMO.

Let just see if MB and co. will deliver as suggested it could possibly be out by JUNE.
