I had exactly the same thing happen on ISF before where it plunged and no explanation until an hour later an announcemnt was made that the CEO had to dump because of a margin call! And the price then shot back up. Like they couldn't have warned the market before the dump was made??? This had better be good! Let's see how this circus unfolds! can only shake my head atm...
