I am not dismissing the sell off as a tax strategy. I dismissed it is because an off-market transfer is a better to do it.

If you still want to keep your shares but want to crystalise a loss you do an off-market transfer.

If you want to crystalise your loss and want nothing to do with it again then you sell it on market.

Always excuses when the share price weakens as if its a "conspiracy theory" when in fact its just selling.

Hope that the 2 weeks Joint Venture can come for all the shareholders.
