Gotta agree with that Warnie......it's to hold down the spike when the announcement comes......I went away for a break from it and thought the exact same thing.
This is being pushed down for some reason and I could only think of one...reduce the spike in SP when the announcement is made.
Reason? A lot will then become so disenchanted with LYC that they will offload their shares at a time when it has become substationally de-risked.
It will then be snapped up by those who are waiting for exactly that!
