No. They never bothered with the pump. But they certainly used it as an excuse to tap the market for funding a few times. They always claimed we could get 200bopd if we installed the pump, so why haven't they if it's that simple?

J50 still hasn't paid itself off yet. Yes excuses. But the market doesn't need excuses. They need actions. Wouldn't be shocked to see this privitised at some point. Waterfords could easily gain a bigger share via these cr.
Then magically half the issues will probably disappear and the kazaks will work with the russians.
It's not a bad company and has potential growth factors in the future. Just don't see huge multibag potential when they issue so much script.
