Why so much hatred in your heart CB? The chairman had every right to vote as he wanted if proxies were given to him. Think of other shareholders , the smal mum & dad who want to saga behind us & lets give the new board a chance to carry on their duties & make money for all of us.
If they fail, we can then vote them out. Give us poor shareholders a chance to make some money instead of personal vendatta & hatred.
