DYL was around .20 cents a couple months ago and now trading at an unbelieveable price of 4.6 cents , japan to reopen their reactors , and china going gangbusters to build more reactors , DYL has some rich tennaments , plenty of drilling in progress , PDN a major share holder , I just cannt believe its at this level
