Thanks for your follow-up post. Am I correct to say that your problem is because you have too much assets/money in your accumulation pot as compared to your pension pot and your accountant wants you to “recycle” them into your pension pot in order to minimize tax liabilities for your beneficiaries should you and your wife go to heaven or belly up or nose not pointing down as spoken by ancient Chinese poets? If this is the case, then in my situation of putting all my SMSF fund in my pension pot, my children should be quite happy in dealing with ATO?
