i think the previous cap raising was successful because the market cap at the time was in the $10-20M range and it took place soon after the initial RCP drill at Paris that returned 22m at 1400 g/t Ag (from memory).. in other words i guess that it was only going to take a few more solid hits at Paris to get the share price flying and the market cap at one stage touched approx $100M..it was a no brainer for most holders and i guess in some ways it was riskier than the current raise..

however, we are now at the stage where the dust has settled, we have instos that paid up at $0.18 and a fully diluted market cap around $55M before the rights issue.. we have drills in the ground at Paris and Bute but how long before news? and it will be hard for the news to top the first few announcements out of Paris that started on Feb 7..

i just think that although we are somewhat de-risked as compared to the previous raise, the stakes are a lot higher and so, accordingly, is the expectation

IVR will deliver in time and i have put my hard earned on the table via the market but my plan to double up by also participating in the raise has been torpedoed..
