1.FML cant touch enviromental bonds. The bonds are simply put aside for future rehabilition costs if the mine closes so that the government isnt footed the bill for the clean up costs.
2. It's FML guidance on costs and you can ignore that all you like shagger. That December guidance was for Coolgardie only.
