You clearly do not understand what is going on.
CP has commenced litigation seeking an order that the meetings were invalid.
Now this will support that application at least in regards to the 2 p.m meeting and that Askin and Dunmore would not have survived the election had the proxy votes been cast in accordance with the written statement on the signed proxy form.
