NO No NO Duped! According to Ms Snow, the associate director of Wellington Capital Ltd it is all the fault of the liquidators that took control of Kooralbyn Resort in 2008 for what? Maybe four months?
"the property is in better repair today than it was when the Premium Income Fund became mortgagee in possession."

So who does one believe? The long term Kooralbyn residents and former resort employees who maintain that there has been a systematic culture at the resort of the sale/removal of property and established gardens and total neglect, many times in the presence of Kooralbyn Asset Management directors, David Burke and Phillip Wibaux and or related employees or WCL?
Ms Snow also maintains "Upon taking possession of the property, Wellington Capital Limited as responsible entity of the Premium Income Fund has made a concerted effort to address all issues which had previously occurred, and to maintain the property and the buildings in a manner which would see it suitable for marketing and sale.
The property is in better repair today than it was when the Premium Income Fund became mortgagee in possession."

Also Ms Snow maintains "since taking over as responsible entity of the Premium Income Fund (PIF), Wellington
Capital Limited has engaged contractors to maintain and repair the property, and ensure that it is in
an appropriate condition to be sold. Wellington Capital does not agree with the quote attributed to Mr Bailey, and maintains that the property has not deteriorated since the contract with Mr Bailey was signed in May 2011."

Another question put to Wellington Capital Ltd:"Would you please advise me if Kooralbyn Asset Management, David Burke or Phillip Wibaux have any involvement with Kooralbyn Resort and if so in what capacity? Who is employed to maintain and caretake the property? I would appreciate your immediate attention to responding to this in view of thebseriousness of recent comments made in the Kooralbyn Times relating to the resort.

(Please note that I did not specifically ask if PIF engaged Kooralbyn Asset Management)

Response from Wellington Capital Ltd; "PIF does not engage Kooralbyn Asset Management, David Burke or Philip Wibaux to assist with the maintenance or upkeep of Kooralbyn Resort."

I would be interested to hear what the liquidators, Murray Bailey and Perpetual all had to say as to the apparent state of neglect, alleged missing property and removal of resort buildings and current state of total disrepair at K resort.
