Hi RAVI,

Again you are inventing things and writing them without substance, while repeating what another poster was saying.

A) How can you be so confident in saying that that is what CP is challenging?? And

B) As you weren't there at the meeting how can you be so sure of what went on there??

C) As you weren't there, you cannot say as to why CP decided to go down that path. And, if you were there at the time, I feel quite confident that you wouldn't have written what you wrote.

I did write before what happened at and during the meeting, and you decided to come up with your own ideas and solutions instead.

I will repeat once again what I wrote before, and which you and a few others choosed not to take notice of.

I was sitting just behind Peter Burge (SC for CLive Palmer) and another of CP's Lawyers. There was also another man sitting there with them that, from what I was lead to believe, he is the right hand man of CP, and he was, and acted all along, as a real gentleman at that. The reasons that I am saying this, is because he acted in that way all along by not interfeering with anything nor saying anything throughout both of the meetings. He just sat there absorbing what was said, and never quivered nor flinched.

As such, I have seen what happened during the meetings and the way the meetings were held and the way CP's lawyers handled it. So, taking all of the above in consideration, I do believe that I am in a position that I can pass and share a very well informed comment with the whole Forum.

As for the part about CP having lost his last Court appearance, again I wish that poster knew what they were saying before posting their own ideas. With this, I do not just mean you as there are others that are acting in that way.

Let's make it clear that, IMHO, and from what I've gathered, that CP did not loose the last Court appearance. The Judge reversed her deicision and decided/suggested that, as she doesn't like to interfere with company matters and it's shareholders, it would be better for her to recommend that both shareholders and the Board solve their own problems in a shareholder and Board like manner.

It was obvious IMHO then, that while CP's Lawyers tried to make that clear during the meeting, they were denied the right to comment in that regard by the Chairman.

I do in all honesty believe that I know what is behind it all. But, as I am not 100% sure, nor am I at liberty to say so in an open Forum, I'd better keep it to myself.

Now, let's see if someone can play the ball this time, and leave the player alone.
