Something that sticks in my craw is that based on a takeover price of 5 to 10c / share ML stands to receive $4mill to $8mill on top of the salary and benefits he has sucked from this company/shareholders since his appointment in 1993. All this whilst many retail shareholders have taken a hammering all the while being told about the increase in shareholder value. Its a win win situation for management even if the takeover does not happen they still continue on having their pockets lined while retail holders are left holding the can.
