yep histroy will be repeating..

will be a few weeks to 1 month delay everyone..

but deal will be getting done...Hanlong and CHina want the project and deal will be done at 57c

GJ with NDRC all last week...all is fine

NDRC need a bit more time and information on the off takers and other items

Hanlong are working with the big steel co's on those agreements at present

Once NDRC is done CDB have committed to funding
