TDA unfortunately your "fact" is wrong. We are not dealing with foreign government authorities. We are dealing with private non-gov organisations who have been authorised to determine compiance with EU directives.

Presumably, TIS has not provided them with what they require.

How does this "fact" of yours at any event deal with Mercer's statement as late as May of his "confidence" that the CE mark would issue in June. If your "fact" was right (whiuch it is not) why was he so confident when it was totally in the hands of other people? In other words, why did he mislead investors?

How does this fact deal with the completely inexplicable Boston "promotion" efforts? Or the absence of a functioning website leading up to the launch?
