NIQO....The AELB gave LYC the go ahead on the 2nd Feb, and it was the Malaysian Government that delayed the actual approval for Lynas to proceed with importing the Ore from WA and processing it at the LAMP.
As we all know from ingormation received during that last few week the Minister, the PM and the PSA Committee have all said that the Lynas plant is Safe and offers no threat to the safety of the Malay community.
It appears from my point of view taking all this information into account The Malay Govt. has ticked off all the box's in relation to protecting itself and being completely sure about the safety of the LAMP and that Lynas has now met all the requested conditions of both the AELB and the Govt.. The Govt. has met with the AELB and told them they are happy for the TOL to be issued and that it should be the AELB announcing the TOL to proceed , again taking off some of the focus off the Govt. and putting the focuson the AELB and their experts.
The TOL will will be issued 2.30pm Malayasian time today:))))
