Don't be hard on the guy, this is a complicated issue.

What I am concerned about is Today is the 28th which means Monday is the 1st which also means the deal is completely off by tomorrow end of trading or till end of trading some place in Russia.

So what is happening with the panel. Are they going to sit, would be the first question. Can they order anything to happen past close of trading some place in Russia tomorrow evening. Or are they going to sit some time over the weekend and make an order before the end of the month being Saturday. Considering the way Viktoy stiffed us Saturday evening to me would be just fine. Mail out the result to Viktoy and by the time he gets it his schennagins would be seen to be finished and then they deliver the mail. This is actually fantasy. Can't see it happening but legal people sometimes enjoy a good laugh.
