whichever way people want to constantly keep restating the process, what we have is a certain Dr Mercer making "confident" statements that simply do not pan out... so for mine, the guy has become a liability to the investment community..

instead of everyone barking at everyone else here, may i suggest we all get a little pro-active and contact the company directly about where we are at - perhaps someone authorised to respond during Mercer's (junket) absence will provide more reliable information..
