We Germans seem to be in general more doubtful. :-)
But I also rather expect today's announcement to simply tell us, that the AELB will review the new documents from Lynas and then decide on their merits at the appropriate next meeting.
This could be, of course, end of July and would make a total bloodbath of the SP (as if we are not bloodied enough already).
The big instis seem to ride so hard on the wind that we are in the red again just an hour before the announcement, and Deutsche Bank weighing in a few days ago that they do not see the TOL before end of July, both seem to me not good omens.
