I saw a interview with chris rolls. I think its about 2 years old. I am pretty sure REX, HAL and RNC have been planning this for quite some time. Although HAL has bought REX and HAL/REX will buy RNC they are basically all merging together and taking the best aspects from eachother. I will consider investing directly with HAL once the IPO becomes available. I think if done properly it could be very lucrative. Definately plenty of cash flow.
