"I am a orthodox christian(a poor/weak one),It is a Con,it is a fraud!Being a Christian is not about showing it off to the world.It is to better your relationship with God and to be the best we can spirtually.We will never be perfect and the devil wants to take us down with him.So we will sin but we must repent(If only I took my own advice).
I am not a believer and have never felt the need to be, but isnt that set of 'instructions' you live by what life should be all about?? Decency towards your fellow man/woman? why do you have to better your relationship with god?? Why not better your relationship with yourself and then with others? Wouldnt that make the world so much better to live in?
And isnt the word "REPENT" just a 'get out clause' for the decency that we should always be trying to uphold??
Oh, i shall deliberately do something wrong because i know that i can repent my sins at any stage?? Why do it in the first place?? That is how my ex-wife lives and she has admitted it. If i do something i just repent my sins - well why do it in the first place????
